I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent - I felt like I got a lot for what I paid. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. They were always ready to help with any queries or requests I had. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, situated in a strictly restricted walking area which made it peaceful and quiet. Lastly, the basic amenities provided in the room, including a kitchen on the third floor and a delicious breakfast, added a lot of convenience and made my stay even more enjoyable.
No complaints, everything was just fine.

The staff were very nice and provided helpful service throughout our stay. The rooms on the third floor were clean and tidy, and the attention to detail was impressive.
All in all, everything met the minimum standards and there wasn't anything that could be improved.

The location of the hotel was excellent, just a short walk away from the train and bus station. , it was easy to get around as all major sights were within reach. The room was clean and spacious with plenty of natural light. The staff was friendly and helpful with directions and recommendations.
The lack of an elevator was a bit of a challenge as I had to carry my luggage up to my room on the third floor. the heater was not strong enough during April nights and the room was quite cold.

Great location, within walking distance of all the tourist attractions. Loved the convenience of having a kitchen in the room, so we could save some money by making our own meals. the staff was friendly and helpful, offering recommendations on where to eat and what to see.
The room was a bit cramped, not much space to move around especially with our luggage. We also found some bugs in the room which was quite unpleasant.

I recently stayed at Soggiorno Sabrina for a couple of nights and it was perfect for my travel needs. The location was unbeatable, just a short walk from the Firenze Main Train station. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional and the price was very reasonable. Additionally, the tram stop was conveniently located just yards away, making it easy to navigate with luggage. The room itself was small but clean, and I had a lovely view of the Santa Maria Novella church. The double glazing windows were a great bonus, keeping out any noise from the lively streets at night.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main train station, and guests can easily walk to the city centre and the main square. the room and bathroom were clean and tidy, and the windows had double glazing to prevent noise disturbance. there was only one staff member who was helpful.
Guests need to climb several steep stairs to reach their rooms and there is no lift, which might be challenging for travelers with big or heavy luggage.
